No, for scholarship holders of categories A and B the participation costs are already covered by the EU. This means that no deduction is made and you get the full amount of the scholarship that is mentioned on this website.

Yes, apart from English, the reference letters can be written in one of the official languages of the consortium, Dutch, German or Finnish. If the letters cannot be provided in one of these languages, certified translations are necessary.
